Work Experience
Being part of the SASE Customer Success team and managing a portfolio of customers across EMEA (UK, Sweden, SouthAfrica, Spain, Switzerland, UAE), my main goal is to help my customers get the maximum benefit of their investment in our technology.
Main responsabilities:
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving value realization
• Focus on client satisfaction, enhancing retention, renewals, and adoption rates.

Being part of the EMEA Customer Success team and managing accounts worldwide, like in South Africa, Turkey, Italy, Germany and Spain, my first responsibility is to understand how customer´s virtualization, mobility, networking and cloud solutions interact with the business, focusing on providing technical support and advice, building and maintaining relationships between support team and remote customers.
I have high visibility and interact with many groups internally and externally to help achieving an excellent level of customer service and satisfaction, building a solid foundation and extending the relationship between the company and customers.
I am also valued as a single point of contact and the ‘face of Citrix’ to my customers. I also create and provide content, mentoring, and leadership through more difficult scenarios across the team.
I had both roles in this company; Technical pre-sales engineer and Project Manager, working with different technologies and leading the implementation.
One my successful projects was the selling and the implementation of a Citrix environment for Telefonica Moviles, in order to work with SAP BPC.
Belonging to the IT team, my main responsibility was the creation of new Citrix architecture to help the call centers to work more efficiently. I was the leader of that project during all cycle. Also, one of my other tasks was to provide support to the first support line of the team.

I got this award thanks to the collaboration as mentor of the EMEA team, about a new delivering service model called “The Consultative Process”. As mentor, I had to deliver different training and create content, in order to help the team to get familiarized with the new processes.
